Privacy Policy
Effective July 14, 2026
DJob helps employers publish jobs, receive applications, parse resumes, and manage recruiting workflows. This policy explains the baseline data handling for hosted DJob workspaces.
Data We Process
We process account details, billing records, job posts, candidate applications, resumes, screening answers, recruiting notes, interview/task records, and operational logs.
Purpose
Data is used to provide the recruiting workspace, process payments, secure the service, improve reliability, and support legal or support requests.
Candidate Data
Candidate applications and resumes are stored for the employer workspace that received them. Candidate data is not sold. Employers are responsible for lawful recruiting decisions and for responding to candidate rights requests.
Retention
Candidate applications are tagged with a retention timestamp. The default retention window is 730 days unless the workspace owner configures a different policy or the law requires another period.
Security
We use authentication, encrypted payment flows, malware scanning hooks, audit events, and access controls. Sensitive payment details are handled by the payment provider.
Requests
Workspace owners can export candidate data and open privacy requests from the admin APIs. For support, contact the workspace owner or DJob support.
