Service

DJob provides recruiting software for job publishing, candidate intake, resume processing, workflow management, and billing-supported workspace hosting.

Customer Responsibilities

Workspace owners are responsible for job content, candidate communications, legal recruiting practices, permissions, account users, and retention decisions.

Payments

Subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, usage credits, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the checkout and billing policy shown at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload malware, abuse public application forms, attempt unauthorized access, misuse candidate data, or use the service for unlawful hiring practices.

Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security events, or failures outside our control. Production accounts should maintain exports and backups for business-critical data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated to active workspace owners.
